All project materials remain the property of iTSoftExpert until full payment is received. After that, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to you. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential parts of work in our portfolio.
Payments follow a flat or milestone-based model, discussed before starting. Refunds are not issued once work begins. Delayed payments may halt project progress.
We cannot guarantee SEO rankings, downloads, or revenue — outcomes depend on many external factors. However, we commit to honest efforts and transparent communication.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information including credentials, strategies, and technical data. Likewise, our internal tools and pricing should not be disclosed externally.
We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages such as data loss, downtime, or revenue issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid within the 30 days prior to an incident.
Engagement can be ended anytime with written notice. Work completed until that point will be billed. Prepaid unused amounts may be refunded or credited after agreement.
Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. Major changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
